If your agreement includes our maintenance package, call our Driver Line on 020 3322 2601 or hit the button below to book online.

Our servicing partner is Fleet Assist, but it’s important you call them via the Driver Line so they know you're one of us. They’re available 08:00-17:30, Monday to Friday.


If you don't have maintenance included:

If your agreement doesn’t include our maintenance package, call your local manufacturers’ service centre to get your car booked in.

When to book a service

  • How often you need to get your car serviced varies depending on the make and model, but the general rule is either after one or two years, or after a certain number of miles, whichever comes first.
  • We will send you a reminder message when we think you are due for a service
  • A display message will also usually show when a service or repair needs to be booked
  • If you see any warning lights on your dashboard and you need a hand figuring out what they mean, you should book a service

When to book an MOT

  • New vehicles need an MOT after 3 years, and every year after that
  • If you need an MOT whilst you have the car, we will send you a reminder so you can book this in at a time that suits you

How do I know if maintenance is included in my scheme?

You can find out if the maintenance is included by checking the documents you received when you signed your quote. 

  • If you’re on our salary sacrifice scheme, check your Driver Handbook
  • If you’re on a personal contract hire, check your Agreement
  • If you’re on a business contract hire, check your Vehicle Hire Schedule
