These Terms and Conditions apply to the Drive to Win promotion, available to employees entering a salary sacrifice agreement or customers entering a Personal Contract Hire agreement for an electric vehicle. This promotion is running from the 1st September 2026 to 30th September 2026, is free to enter and subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

Definitions:

“You” - The employee entering into a salary sacrifice agreement, or the customer entering into a Personal Contract Hire agreement.

“Your Employer” - The employer providing the salary sacrifice agreement to its employees.

“We” - Octopus Electric Vehicles Limited.

To be eligible you must meet one of the following criteria:

1. You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United Kingdom.
2. The salary sacrifice agreement must be signed by you and approved by your employer between 1st September 2026 to 30th September 2026.
3. You must meet any eligibility requirements for the salary sacrifice scheme, including those set by Octopus Electric Vehicles, the insurance eligibility and any additional criteria put in place by your employer.
   1. To identify any additional eligibility requirements your employer may have, please speak to your scheme lead or check your Driver Handbook. 
4. Once your salary sacrifice agreement has been counter-signed by your employer, you will receive an email to invite you to play the OctoRun game within 3 working days.
   1. You must use the unique link provided in the email in order to claim the prize associated with the Drive to Win promotion.

1. You must be 21 years of age or older and a resident of the United Kingdom.
2. The Personal Contract Hire agreement must be signed by you between 1st September 2026 to 30th September 2026.
3. Once your personal contract hire agreement has been signed and your order placed, you will receive an email to invite you to play the OctoRun game within 3 working days.
   1. You must use the unique link provided in the email in order to claim the prize associated with the Drive to Win promotion.

1. To participate, you must:
   1. Enter into a fully signed and dated agreement for an electric vehicle via salary sacrifice or personal contract hire with Octopus Electric Vehicles Limited (10754317) (either directly or via your employer). 
   2. Navigate to the OctoRun game using the unique link provided. The unique link is included in the email sent once your salary sacrifice agreement/Personal Contract Hire agreement has been signed by all relevant parties.
   3. Play the game for any amount of time by collecting coins and dodging obstacles, such as ‘petrol pumps’ and ‘traffic cones’.
   4. Open a Prize Box as prompted once the game ends for the first time. An in-game pop-up will notify you of your prize instantly.
      1. Each eligible salary sacrifice or Personal Contract Hire customer will receive 1 (one) Drive to Win prize.
      2. The Drive to Win prize is allocated at random, and is in no way associated with the score you achieve in the OctoRun game.
      3. After the prize allocation, you may continue to play the OctoRun game, however no further prizes will be allocated after your first prize is issued.
      4. Failure to open the Prize Box may result in loss of the opportunity to receive the prize.
      5. There is no additional cost associated with playing this game or receiving your prize.
2. You will receive an email within 3 working days to confirm your OctoRun prize and details of how this will be provided to you.
3. We accept no liability if device incompatibility, technical errors, or network failures prevent you from accessing the game, playing, or claiming your prize. 

1. All prizes and correspondence will be sent to the email address listed on your Octopus Electric Vehicles leasing agreement. We accept no liability for lost or delayed emails.

  • Electroverse codes generated for this offer must be redeemed via the Electroverse app within 9 months of the date of issue. We recommend redeeming your code as soon as it is received.
  • Electroverse codes will be valid for 12 months after they are issued.
  • Electroverse credit can only be used in the UK. This is because our credit is in pounds and can't be changed to another currency.

1. By entering into a Personal Contract Hire agreement and meeting the below criteria, you will be automatically entered into the Grand Prize draw.
2. You must be 21 years of age or older and a resident of the United Kingdom.
3. The Personal Contract Hire agreement must be signed by you between 1st September 2026 to 30th September 2026.

The total cost of booking and transport must not exceed a total cost of £750.

1. Grand Prize winners will be gifted a two-night stay in a luxury eco-hotel from a list of pre-selected options.
2. We have picked a range of hotels across the UK for their sustainable credentials. Please see the list of hotels below.
3. The Grand Prize must be redeemed and used within 12 months of notification.
4. Bookings are not eligible during the Christmas period: 23-31st December 2026.
5. The Grand Prize includes a booking for two people only, in a room chosen by Octopus Electric Vehicles, dependent on availability.
   1. Please notify us of any accessibility needs or otherwise, where relevant, upon notification of winning the Grand Prize draw.

1. If driving an EV, we will pay for hotel parking and reimburse charging costs from the winners home address to the accommodation.
   1. Please retain receipt of charging costs, including the cost, date, and location of the charge, in order for us to reimburse you.
2. Alternatively, the prize includes return standard economy travel via public transport only from the winners home address to the accommodation.
