The promoter of this offer is Octopus Electric Vehicles Limited, company number 10754317 registered address UK House, 5th Floor, 164-182 Oxford St, London W1D 1NN. Octopus Electric Vehicles Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, firm reference number 809736.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the £100 promotional credit available to employees entering a salary sacrifice agreement for an Approved Used vehicle. This promotion is hosted by Octopus Electric Vehicles, running from the 31st July 2026 to 31st August 2026. By accepting this offer you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions:

“You” - The employee entering into a salary sacrifice agreement for an Approved Used vehicle

“Your Employer” - The employer providing the salary sacrifice agreement to its employees

“We” - Octopus Electric Vehicles Limited

1. You must be 18 (eighteen) years of age or older and a resident of the United Kingdom.
2. The salary sacrifice agreement must be signed by you between 31st July 2026 and 31st August 2026, and approved by your employer (by countersigning the applicable salary sacrifice agreement). 
3. You must meet any eligibility requirements for the salary sacrifice scheme, including those set by Octopus Electric Vehicles, the insurance eligibility and any additional criteria put in place by your employer.
   1. To identify any additional eligibility requirements your employer may have, please speak to your scheme lead or check your Driver Handbook.

1. By meeting the above eligibility criteria, you are eligible for £100 Electroverse credit for public charging.
   1. This is separate from and in addition to the salary sacrifice charging offer and does not affect your eligibility for the salary sacrifice charging offer.
2. The £100 credit will be issued within 5 days, after taking delivery of your Approved Used salary sacrifice EV.
3. You will need to sign up for a free Electroverse account to receive the charging credit.
4. You don't need to be an Octopus Energy customer to use Electroverse.

1. You will receive a code by email, which you will need to redeem in your Electroverse account to use the charging credit.
   1. Information about how to redeem the Electroverse codes can be found here.
2. Electroverse codes generated for this offer must be redeemed via the Electroverse app within 9 months of the date of issue. We recommend redeeming your code as soon as it is received.
3. Once a code has been redeemed and has been applied as charging credit in your Electroverse account, the credit will expire after 1 year.
4. Should your EV salary sacrifice agreement be terminated, cancelled, or otherwise end early, any outstanding future credits will not be paid. No pro-rata cash payments or lump-sum credits will be provided for any remaining balance.
5. The credit we give you can only be used in the UK, unless you already have a linked Octopus Energy account. This is because our credit is in pounds and can't be changed to another currency. 
6. Credit must only be used for charging the salary sacrifice vehicle listed in your Driver Agreement.

1. If you cancel your approved used vehicle order before the delivery, you will forfeit any credit balance related to this promotion. 
2. The credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, or any alternative credit format. 
3. Octopus Electric Vehicles accepts no responsibility for any third-party delays or failures in the fulfilment of this offer.
4. Access to associated public charging points and their respective providers is provided by Octopus Electroverse, who are a separate company from Octopus Electric Vehicles Limited. Octopus Electroverse Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Company number: 15274675. Registered office: 5th Floor, UK House, 164-182 Oxford Street, London, W1D 1NN. All queries and support relating to the Octopus Electroverse service will be handled by Octopus Electroverse. Octopus Electroverse’s Terms and Conditions will apply.
