Got a spot for a home charger?

We can only install a charger if you have private off-street parking like a driveway or garage without any public walkways between your home and where the charger would be installed.

If you choose this offer, we'll send you a link to an online application form so you can tell us about your home set up. This is where we'll advise whether you qualify for a free standard install.

Installation costs

Standard installation: Included

No extra cost. Charger is mounted to a wall, and we'll use up to 10m of cable.

Standard Plus Installation: £99

Covers mounting your charger to a wall, and up to 20m of cable.

Enhanced Installation: £189

Covers mounting your charger to a wall, and up to 30m of cable.

Bespoke Installation

Covers things like more than 30m of cable, and fitting cables underneath pre-lifted floorboards.

How quickly will my home charger get installed?

Charger installation wait times can range from 4 to 10 weeks, depending on where you live.

What do I need to switch to Intelligent Octopus Go - EV Saver tariff?

To take advantage of our amazing EV tariff with cheap overnight charging you need to:

Switch over to Octopus Energy. You can read more about switching here.
Have a SMETS2 smart meter.
Have a compatible charger and car.

You can head over to Octopus Energy EV tariff eligibility calculator to check if you're eligible for Intelligent Octopus.

Once you're on Intelligent Octopus Go to switch over to the EV Saver tariff, just head over to your Octopus EV My Account and fill out the form to get yourself switched.

If we can't install a home charger for you, or you just decide you'd prefer to have £600 worth of public charging credit with Electroverse, then that's cool too.
