Need to repair or replace your tyres?

If you have maintenance included:

If your agreement includes our maintenance package, call our Driver Line on 020 3322 2601 or you can click here to reserve an appointment through Kwikfit's online fleet booking system.

If you don't have maintenance included:

If your agreement doesn’t include our maintenance package, you’ll need to arrange your repairs or replacements yourself.

What’s included in the maintenance package?

Our tyre partner is Kwik Fit.

  • Kwik Fit will repair or replace your tyres at your home, or at your local branch.
  • Electric car tyres usually need to be pre-ordered, so they may not be available right away. Please book ahead so you’re not disappointed.
  • Kwik Fit may ask for your tyre size, which you can find on the side of the tyre or in your vehicle handbook.

When should I call Driver Line?

You can call Kwik Fit for:

  • Normal wear (2.0mm tread depth)
  • Accidental punctures
  • Maximum of 4 new tyres every 12 months or 20,000 miles

How do I know if maintenance is included in my scheme?

You can find out if the maintenance is included by checking the documents you received when you signed your quote. 

  • If you’re on our salary sacrifice scheme, check your Driver Handbook
  • If you’re on a personal contract hire, check your Agreement
  • If you’re on a business contract hire, check your Vehicle Hire Schedule
