Broken down or need roadside assistance?

If you have maintenance included:

If your agreement includes our maintenance package, call our Driver Line on 020 3322 2601.

Our roadside partner is the AA, but it’s important you call them via the Driverline so they know you are one of us. You can call at any time, 24/7.

If you don't have maintenance included:

If your agreement doesn’t include our maintenance package, we recommend you arrange your own breakdown cover before your car arrives and call them directly.

What’s included in the maintenance package?

Our roadside partner is the AA.

Roadside assistance

If you breakdown (including a blown tyre or puncture) away from home, they'll help you get you back on the road as quickly as possible. This is 24/7 and 365 days across the whole of the UK including Northern Ireland.

Home start

You’re covered even if you break down at home.

National recovery

If you break down and they can't fix your car at the roadside, they’ll help you finish your journey. They’ll tow you, your car and up to 7 passengers wherever you need to go. If this happens, they may need to send a separate recovery truck out.

How do I know if maintenance is included in my scheme?

You can find out if the maintenance is included by checking the documents you received when you signed your quote. 

  • If you’re on our salary sacrifice scheme, check your Driver Handbook
  • If you’re on a personal contract hire, check your Agreement
  • If you’re on a business contract hire, check your Vehicle Hire Schedule
