Personal Contract Hire - Limited Free Charging Offers

As part of taking an electric vehicle (EV) with Octopus Electric Vehicles, through a Personal Contract Hire (PCH) lease, we may offer you at our discretion the following offer depending on the vehicle you have selected and when you ordered it:

A choice between the “At Home Package”, “On the Road Package” or "Kerbside Package" as described below.

The “At home package”:

A free home charger: this package includes the Octopus Charge only, with a standard installation.

OR

The “On the road package”:

£800 of credit on the Electroverse network: in the form of credit for your public charging whilst out and about.

OR

The “On the Kerbside package”:

Discount on charging sessions specifically with participating kerbside charge point operators (CPOs). Subject to activation, account requirements and a fair use cap based on contract mileage. T&Cs apply.

  • 50% discount on all existing models, and 100% off Renault 5 models, as of 6 May 2026, while stocks last.

At home package

A free Octopus Charger with a standard installation.

  1. This offer only applies to the Octopus Charger with a standard installation, please see here for more information. If you fall outside of a standard installation, you will be quoted directly for any additional costs by Octopus Energy Services, our sister company that manages the installation.
  2. If your charger is installed before your EV arrives and you then cancel your EV order, you will be liable for the full cost of the charger and installation.
  3. We cannot guarantee that charger installation will take place before delivery of your vehicle, and installation lead times may be up to 16 weeks.
  4. If you are not able to charge your vehicle from home or opt out of the “At home package”, we will instead offer £800 of credit on Electroverse as part of our “On the road package” (details below).

On the road package

Electroverse gives EV drivers access to public chargers across the UK and beyond with one card and app, with zero set up costs or ongoing access fees. You don't need to be an Octopus Energy customer to use Electroverse.

  1. Applicable codes will be sent to the email associated with your Personal Contract Hire agreement, which you will need to redeem in your Electroverse account.
  2. The £800 credit will be distributed in equal quarterly instalments (every 3 months) over the term of your Personal Contract Hire agreement, with a total sum of £800 in Electroverse credit.
    1. The instalment amount you will receive will vary depending on the total contract length you selected when choosing your EV salary sacrifice arrangement. 
  3. You will receive a code by email, which you will need to redeem to use the charging credit.
  4. You will need to redeem the code in your Electroverse account. Information about how to redeem the Electroverse codes can be found here.
    1. Electroverse codes generated for this offer must be redeemed via the Electroverse app within 9 months of the date of issue. We recommend redeeming your code as soon as it is received.
    2. Once a code has been redeemed and has been applied as charging credit in your Electroverse account, the credit will expire after 1 year.
  5. Redeemed Electroverse credit has an expiration timeline of 4 years from the date you redeem the credit code into your account. 
  6. The first instalment will be issued once your vehicle has been delivered, with subsequent instalments applied every three months thereafter, provided the salary sacrifice agreement remains active. 
    1. Please allow 5 working days from the confirmation of your delivery date, and scheduled quarterly anniversaries, for your Electroverse credit code to arrive via email.
  7. Should your Personal Contract Hire agreement be terminated, cancelled, or otherwise end early, all future quarterly credits will not be paid. No pro-rata cash payments or lump-sum credits will be provided for any remaining balance.
  8. The credit we give you can only be used in the UK, unless you already have a linked Octopus Energy account. This is because our credit is in pounds and can't be changed to another currency. 
  9. Credit must only be used for charging the EV that you have chosen this promotion with.

These offers are subject to the following:

  1. If electing for the ‘At home package’, you must be eligible for a standard installation of the Octopus Charger, which is the only charger included in this offer.
  2. See the charging installation terms and conditions here.
  3. If electing for the “On the road package”, you must sign up for an Electroverse account in able to redeem the credit.
  4. Octopus Energy Services Limited are responsible for the EV charger installation process and any queries about that should be directed to them.
  5. Octopus Electric Vehicles is not an energy supplier. Our office address and regulated status is provided below.
  6. Octopus Electric Vehicles are not responsible for the availability and provision of Electroverse. Any queries about Electroverse should be directed to them directly.
  7. If your charger is installed before your EV arrives, and you then cancel your EV order, you will be liable for the full cost of the charger and installation.
  8. We cannot guarantee that the charger installation will occur before delivery of your vehicle, and installation lead times can be up to 16 weeks.
  9. All offers are subject to availability and eligibility.
  10. We reserve the right to remove or amend these offers at any time.
  11. These offers are non transferable and no cash equivalent will be offered.
