Saving Season: Salary Sacrifice Promotion Terms & Conditions

Order any car through salary sacrifice in March 2025 for the chance to win a year’s free driving. The prize includes one year of your gross salary sacrifice costs, and additional home energy on your Octopus Energy tariff, or Octopus Electroverse credit for public charging.

To enter, simply order any eligible vehicle available through your company's Electric Vehicle Salary Sacrifice scheme provided by Octopus EV between 1st March 2025 and 31st March 2025.

The following apply to this offer:

  • The total amount of gross lease costs covered is capped at a limit of £10,000 (ten thousand pounds). This will be reflected in a reduction of the monthly gross lease costs over the total term of your salary sacrifice agreement.
  • The prize amount will be calculated as a price reduction over your full lease term. As an example (for a 36 month term, and gross monthly rental of £800):
    • £800 * 12 = £9,600
    • £9,600 will be discounted over your entire lease term.
    • £9,600 / 36 = £266.66
    • A revised gross monthly of £533.34 (£800 - £266.66)

  • The additional charging credit will be aligned to whichever of the salary sacrifice charging promotions the winner has chosen when ordering their vehicle (at home or on the road). Additional credit will be applied upon delivery of the vehicle, and the full Salary Sacrifice charging offer Terms and Conditions will apply.

  • The amount of additional charging credit will be equivalent to your annual mileage allowance as detailed on your Driver Quote and Agreement document.

  • To be in with a chance of winning, the eligible order must be signed between Saturday 1 March 2025, and Monday 31st March 2025.
    • At the time of the draw (01/04/2025), your order must have been approved to be eligible.

  • The employee who wins this prize, and the winner’s employing company, will be required to sign an updated Driver Agreement, Driver Handbook and Vehicle Hire Schedule which will reflect the reduction in cost as per the above limits.
    • Failure to sign these updated documents will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternative winner will be selected at random.

  • If the employer offering the salary sacrifice benefit changes its scheme configuration, which has an impact on the monthly employee cost (such as rate of Employer National insurance passback), the total value of the reduction in cost to the employee will not change.

  • The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible orders on 1st April 2025.
  • We will notify the winner via phone and email no later than Friday 25 April 2025.
  • We reserve the right to remove or amend this offer at any time.
  • This offer is not transferable and no cash equivalent will be offered.
  • This promotion is not available for Octopus Energy Group Limited employees or employees of Kraken Technologies Limited.
