March 2026 Promotion

The promoter of this offer is Octopus Electric Vehicles Limited, company number 10754317 registered address UK House, 5th Floor, 164-182 Oxford St, London W1D 1NN. Octopus Electric Vehicles Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, firm reference number 809736.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the promotional event hosted by Octopus Electric Vehicles, running from the 26th February 2026 to the 31st of March 2026. You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Subject to meeting the eligibility criteria and entering into a qualifying vehicle lease agreement as set out below, you will be entered into the prize draw.

1. Order an eligible electric vehicle via an Octopus Electric Vehicles Salary Sacrifice scheme provided to you by your employer between the 26th February 2026 to the 31st of March 2026; 
   1. Contract extensions of an existing agreement are not eligible for this promotion; OR
2. Order an eligible electric vehicle via Octopus Electric Vehicles Personal Contract Hire scheme between the 26th February 2026 to the 31st of March 2026.
   1. Vehicles ordered through the “Power Pack Bundle” (vehicle-to-grid) are not eligible for this promotion. 

1. Entrants must be 18 (eighteen) years of age or older and a resident of the United Kingdom.
2. At the time of the draw:
   1. For salary sacrifice entrants, the vehicle leasing agreement must be signed by the employee between 26/02/26 and 31/03/26, and approved by their employer (by countersigning the applicable salary sacrifice agreement) no later than 14/04/2026.
   2. For Personal contract hire entrants, the personal contract hire agreement must be signed between 26/02/26 and 31/03/26.
3. For Salary Sacrifice drivers, you must meet the salary sacrifice eligibility requirements, as well as the insurance eligibility requirements if your salary sacrifice scheme comes with insurance provided. 
   1. You must also meet any additional eligibility requirements put in place by your employer. 
4. For Personal Contract Hire drivers, you must meet any eligibility requirements that are required for entering into a Personal Hire agreement. 

1. All qualifying entries submitted during the Promotional Period (26th February 2026 to the 31st of March 2026) will be entered into the free prize draw. Winners will be selected at random from those entries.
2. Entries are limited to one per person, after meeting the eligibility criteria above. 
3. A total of 10 (ten) winners will be selected at random: 5 (five) from eligible Salary Sacrifice vehicle orders and 5 (five) from eligible Personal Contract Hire vehicle orders.
4. Each winner will receive £1,200 (one thousand two hundred pounds) applied as a reduction to their vehicle lease agreement.The total prize fund across all winners is £12,000.”
5. For both the Personal Contract Hire and Salary Sacrifice winners, the prize amount will be reflected as a reduction in your monthly lease cost and applied following the below process:
   1. This prize amount will be applied as a reduction in the monthly rental amount over the full term of the agreement. The £1,200 prize amount is applied as a gross reduction to the vehicle lease cost. It is not payable as cash, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any alternative product or service.
      1. As an example (for a 36 month term, and gross monthly rental of £600):
      2. Total prize amount = £1,200
      3. £1,200 / 36 = £33.33
      4. A revised monthly rental of £566.67
6. Personal Contract Hire winners will be required to sign an updated Personal Contract Hire Agreement that reflects the revised monthly rental. 
7. Salary sacrifice winners will be required to sign an updated Driver Agreement that reflects the revised gross and estimated net monthly rental. 
8. Your employer will need to countersign the updated Driver Agreement, and sign an updated Vehicle Hire Schedule accepting the updated vehicle agreement. 
9. The estimated net amount and applicable Tax and National insurance savings will be based on the revised Driver Agreement as above.

1. If you cancel your order before taking delivery of your vehicle, or if you return your Personal Contract Hire vehicle during the "cooling off period", no credit or cash reimbursement will be provided. 
2. If your vehicle contract is ended before the agreed term (an Early Termination) as outlined on your Driver Agreement (for salary sacrifice) or Personal Contract Hire Agreement (for Personal contract hire) any remaining prize balance will be forfeited. No cash equivalent or lump sum will be provided The reduction applies only for the duration of the active lease agreement. If the agreement ends early for any reason, any remaining portion of the prize amount will not be paid or credited.
3. The prize is linked strictly to the specific vehicle order placed during the Promotional Period. It cannot be transferred to a different vehicle order, a different person, or exchanged for cash.
4. Octopus Electric Vehicles accepts no responsibility for any third-party delays or failures in the fulfilment of this offer.

1. By entering, you consent to being contacted using the contact details provided on your lease agreement, if you are selected as one of the winners.
2. The draw will take place within 14 (fourteen) days of the end of the Promotional Period (by the 14th April 2026).
3. The winners will be notified using the contact information provided on the lease agreement within 30 days of the prize draw (by the 14th May 2026).

1. By entering this March 2026 Promotion “Win £1,200 off your EV (March 2026 Saving Season)”, you consent to the reasonable use of your name for promotional purposes, including on the Octopus Electric vehicles website, in email communications, and in marketing materials.

3. Octopus Electric Vehicles reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer in order to comply with legal or regulatory obligations or in response to unexpected circumstances.
4. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
