The promoter of this offer is Octopus Electric Vehicles Limited, company number 10754317 registered address UK House, 5th Floor, 164-182 Oxford St, London W1D 1NN. Octopus Electric Vehicles Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, firm reference number 809736.

To qualify for the £200 Electroverse charging credit promotion, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:

1. You must initiate the sale of your privately owned vehicle by accessing the Motorway website using the Octopus Electric Vehicles referral link.
   1. The referral link can be found on our website - more details can be found under the ‘Further Information’ section below.
2. You must have a completed, successful vehicle sale confirmed by Motorway via the aforementioned referral link within 2 months of your vehicle delivery date. 
   1. Any private vehicle sales made after this date using the referral link will not be eligible for this offer.
3. Order any vehicle via the Octopus Electric Vehicles Salary Sacrifice scheme provided to you via your employer from 1st July 2026.
4. The electric vehicle ordered via Octopus Electric Vehicles must be delivered before your charging credit is provided.
5. You will need to sign up for a free Electroverse account to receive the charging credit.
   1. You don't need to be an Octopus Energy customer to use Electroverse. 
6. Employees of the Octopus Energy group are not eligible for this offer.
7. You will only be eligible for one £200 Electroverse code as part of this offer. You may use the Motorway referral link for any amount of private vehicle sales, however this offer will only apply to the first sale, subject to the eligibility criteria above.

1. To ensure eligibility for this promotion, you must use the Octopus Electric Vehicles referral link to access the Motorway website and initial the sale of your private vehicle. The referral link can be found on our website.
   1. To use the referral link on our website, locate the ‘Need to sell your car?’ section and input your vehicle registration to begin the process of your private vehicle sale. 
2. You do not need to provide receipt or proof of sale, as verification is automated once the form to claim the charging credit has been completed.
   1. This form must be completed in order to claim the £200 Electroverse charging credit.
   2. Information must be completed with correct information in the format requested in the form.
3. This promotion is separate to, and can be used alongside, the Salary Sacrifice charging offer.

1. Applicable codes will be sent to the email associated with your salary sacrifice agreement, and will be issued within 7 days of your electric vehicle being delivered.
   1. You will need to redeem in your Electroverse account.
   2. Information about how to redeem the Electroverse codes can be found here.
2. Electroverse codes generated for this offer must be redeemed via the Electroverse app within 9 months of the date of issue. We recommend redeeming your code as soon as it is received.
3. Once a code has been redeemed and has been applied as charging credit in your Electroverse account, the credit is valid for one year.
4. The credit we give you can only be used in the UK, unless you already have a linked Octopus Energy account. This is because our credit is in pounds and can't be changed to another currency.

All queries and support relating to public charging using the Electroverse service and the sign up process will be handled by Octopus Electroverse Limited.
2. Octopus Electric Vehicles are not responsible for the availability and provision of Electroverse. Any queries about Electroverse should be directed to them directly at hello@electroverse.com.
3. All offers are subject to availability.
4. Octopus Electric Vehicles may withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will not affect your charging credit if you have already met the eligibility criteria before the offer is withdrawn.
5. These offers are non transferable and no cash equivalent will be offered.
