These Terms and Conditions apply to the £150 promotional credit available to employees formally extending their salary sacrifice agreement. This promotion is hosted by Octopus Electric Vehicles, running from the 16th February 2026 to the 16th April 2026. By accepting this offer you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions:

“You” - The employee entering into the extension of your salary sacrifice agreement

“Your Employer” - The employer providing the salary sacrifice agreement to its employees

“We” - Octopus Electric Vehicles

Subject to the eligibility criteria and terms below, you will be eligible for these offers if you:
  1. Complete a formal contract extension of your Salary Sacrifice electric vehicle with Octopus Electric Vehicles, that is signed by you and approved by your employer, between the 16th February 2026 to the 16th April 2026.

The following terms and eligibility criteria apply:
  1. You must be 18 (eighteen) years of age or older and a resident of the United Kingdom.
  2. You must meet any eligibility requirements for the salary sacrifice scheme, including those set by Octopus Electric Vehicles, the insurance eligibility (if your salary sacrifice scheme includes insurance) and any additional criteria put in place by your employer.
    1. To identify any additional eligibility requirements your employer may have, please speak to your scheme lead or check your Driver Handbook. 
  3. Your contract extension must be approved by your employer, which will be provided by countersignature of your extension Driver Agreement by an authorised approver elected by your employer.
The £150 bonus home energy or Electroverse credit 
  1. The £150 bonus credit is limited to one credit per extended vehicle. 
  2. The credit you will receive as part of this promotion will be based on your choice between Octopus Home Energy or Electroverse public charging credit. Please let your EV Expert know your preferred credit option when completing your formal extension.
    1. If you choose home energy credit, this will be applied as a credit to your Octopus Energy account. 
    2. If you choose electroverse credit (for use on applicable public chargers), we will provide you a credit code for redemption in your Electroverse account. 
      1. You will need to sign up for an Electroverse account to redeem this code.
      2. It’s free to sign up for an Electroverse account, and this can be completed here.
      3. Once signed up, Electroverse will send you a charging card that will be linked to your account. This can be used on applicable home chargers.
      4. Eligible public charging points can be located here. 
  3. The £150 bonus credit will be issued alongside the implementation of your extended contract.
  4. The credit code will be sent to you via email, using the email address we have on record associated with your salary sacrifice agreement. 

General Terms
  1. If you cancel your vehicle's extension before the commencement date of your extended agreement, you will forfeit any credit balance related to this promotion. 
  2. The credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  3. Octopus Electric Vehicles accepts no responsibility for any third-party delays or failures in the fulfilment of this offer.
  4. The provision of home energy is provided by Octopus Energy Limited, who are a separate company from Octopus Electric Vehicles Limited. Octopus Energy is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09263424), with its registered office at United Kingdom House, 164-182 Oxford St, London W1D 1NN (“Octopus Energy”). All queries and support relating to home energy and your energy provider switching process (if applicable) will be handled by Octopus Energy Limited. Octopus Energy's Terms and Conditions will apply as part of the provision of home energy and related services.
  5. Access to associated public charging points and their respective providers is provided by Octopus Electroverse, who are a separate company from Octopus Electric Vehicles Limited. Octopus Electroverse Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Company number: 15274675. Registered office: 5th Floor, UK House, 164-182 Oxford Street, London, W1D 1NN. All queries and support relating to the Octopus Electroverse service will be handled by Octopus Electroverse. Octopus Electroverse’s Terms and Conditions will apply.

  2. Octopus Electric Vehicles reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer in order to comply with legal or regulatory obligations or in response to unexpected circumstances.
  3. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
