Public charging

There’s a wide range of public charging networks available across the UK. This can sometimes mean opening accounts and downloading apps for various different providers.

But fear not. Octopus has made the world of public charging even simpler with the Electroverse.

• Electroverse gives you one-tap access to loads of public chargers across the UK & Europe.
• You can find your local charge points and plan your route based on what charging you’ll need to do along the way.
• If you're an Octopus Energy customer all your charging costs can be billed to your energy account.
• If you switch to Octopus Energy, we’ll give you an extra £25 credit for your gas & electricity.

If you have your EV through our salary sacrifice or personal contract hire agreement (aka ‘the ultimate EV package’), you may have chosen to get Electroverse credit as part of the package. If so, we’ll send you a code to apply in your Electroverse account to add your credit in your first month of joining the electric revolution.

• Tesla comes with their own network of 'Superchargers' which provides a much higher rate of charge across the world.
• Some of Tesla’s network are open to all electric vehicle drivers, as long as your car has a CCS2 charging point.
• Payment will automatically come out of your Tesla account, so if you don’t drive a Tesla, you’ll need to create an account.
