Activating your Electroverse account and applying your Electroverse credit
Whether you’re planning on charging on the public network permanently or you’re doing a mix of public charging and home charging, having the Electroverse is super handy.
What is the Octopus Electroverse?
If you didn’t know already, Octopus Electroverse is the one-tap access to loads of public chargers across the UK and Europe. With it, you can:
- Find local chargers
- Plan your journey, with charging stops and times included (all you need to do is enter where you’re going and what charge you will start on and want to end on and it’ll do all the hard work for you)
- Start a charge from either the app or with one simple tap
- Have your charging costs billed to your Octopus Energy account (if you’re an Octopus Energy customer)
How do I activate my Electroverse account?
You can do this before or after the delivery of your EV. With all our EVs you’ll get an Electroverse card on delivery - you can then sign up via the Electroverse website or App.
What do I do if Electroverse credit is included in my lease?
We understand not everyone can charge from home, so we offer an Electroverse credit option on our Salary Sacrifice and Personal leases. If you’ve chosen this option, we’ll send you a code via email to apply to your Electroverse account.
You can do this by going to your account in the Electroverse app and typing the code in the ‘apply voucher’ section.
