It’s great to see Lexus release an electric-first car. It’s built on the same EV infrastructure used by brands like Toyota and Subaru, with its own unique twist - most noticeably in the steering department, with a yoke steering wheel and some clever steering tech (available in 2024). With a solid range, top quality materials and distinctive looks, the RZ450e is another great option in the electric SUV market.
Interior
Lexus are known for solid, well thought out interiors, and the RZ450e is no different. A panoramic roof, heated-steering wheel, 8-way electrically adjustable front seats and a 14” infotainment all come as standard, alongside the latest Lexus Safety System including a driver monitor to make sure the driver’s alert. Although not available at launch, the yoke steering wheel will be a standout feature, using steer-by-wire tech to make for an immersive driving experience.
