These Terms and Conditions apply to the promotional event hosted by Octopus Electric Vehicles, running from the 12th of November 2025 to the 30th of November 2025. You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Subject to the eligibility criteria and terms below, you will be eligible for this offer if you:

1. Have an existing lease on an electric vehicle (where you have taken delivery of this vehicle) via an Octopus Electric Vehicles Salary Sacrifice scheme.
2. Have an existing lease on an electric vehicle (where you have taken delivery of this vehicle) via an Octopus Electric Vehicles Personal Contract Hire scheme.
3. Entrants must be 18 (eighteen) years of age or older and residents of Great Britain.

Having an eligible lease entitles you to a complimentary hot or cold Barista prepared drink.

The following terms and eligibility criteria apply:

1. The complimentary hot or cold Barista prepared drink is available to drivers with an existing lease via an Octopus Electric Vehicles salary sacrifice scheme or personal hire contract.
2. This voucher entitles the user to receive one hot or cold barista prepared drink from Caffè Nero. Any size, subject to availability.
3. Choose from a variety of hot or cold drinks. See the selection here.
4. Your code is only valid for in store and takeaway orders. Not available on click and collect or delivery.
5. Customers are only entitled to one complimentary hot or cold drink voucher.
6. Only one unique code can be used per transaction.
7. The bearer of this code is not entitled to a Caffè Nero loyalty stamp.
8. Your complimentary hot or cold Barista prepared drink must be redeemed by the expiry date of 23:59 on 30/11/2025.
9. The offer is valid at all participating UK Caffè Nero outlets in England, Wales and Scotland.
10. The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash

12. Octopus Electric Vehicles reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer in order to comply with legal or regulatory obligations or in response to unexpected circumstances.

How to claim:

• We will email all eligible OEVL drivers with a car on the road.
• The email will contain a button to ‘claim your complimentary drink’. Clicking this button and then submitting your email address on the landing page will generate your unique code which we will send to you via email.
• Download the Caffè Nero app. See Caffè Nero’s Privacy Policy here.
• Enter your unique code in “Promo Codes” in the settings section. This will generate a complimentary drink voucher.
• Take your voucher to your chosen Caffè Nero and present to the Barista. This code can only be used once per customer.
