These Terms and Conditions apply to the promotional event hosted by Octopus Electric Vehicles, running from the 31st of October 2025 to the 30th of November 2025. You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Subject to the eligibility criteria and terms below, you will be eligible for these offers if you:

1. Order any vehicle via an Octopus Electric Vehicles Salary Sacrifice scheme provided to you via your employer between the 31st of October 2025 to the 30th November 2025; OR
2. Order any electric vehicle via Octopus Electric Vehicles Personal Contract Hire scheme between the 31st of October 2025 to the 30th November 2025.
   1. Please note that vehicles ordered through the “Power Pack Bundle” (vehicle-to-grid) are not eligible for this promotion. 

Purchasing an eligible vehicle entitles you to entry into this free prize draw.

The following terms and eligibility criteria apply:

1. Entrants must be 18 (eighteen) years of age or older and residents of Great Britain. 
2. At the time of the draw, the vehicle needs to:
   1. have been signed for and approved by the employing companies approval contact (if on Salary Sacrifice),
   2. your personal contract hire agreement must be signed (if on leasing through Personal Contract Hire). 

The November charging giveaway competition - “The chance to win your charging for free” 

1. All qualifying entries submitted during the Promotional Period (31st of October 2025 to the 30th November 2025) will be entered into the free prize draw. Winners will be selected at random from those entries.
2. Entries are limited to one per person, after meeting the eligibility criteria above. 
3. A total of 10 (ten) winners will be selected at random: 5 (five) from eligible Salary Sacrifice vehicle orders and 5 (five) from eligible Personal Contract Hire vehicle orders.
4. The amount of credit winners will receive annually on this offer is based on the contract mileage of their vehicle and original lease length, as outlined in either the Salary Sacrifice Driver Agreement or Personal Contract Hire Agreement, (both are capped at a maximum of 12,000 miles of equivalent credit, issued annually). 
5. The credit amount received by the giveaway winners will be issued based on the charging promotion offer chosen with their vehicle order. Details of how this is applied is outlined below in section 8 for home energy credit, and section 9 for public charging credit. 
6. The following terms are applicable if the charging credit is to be applied for use with home charging with Octopus Energy, the “at home” prize:
   1. To claim the home charging prize, the winner must be an Octopus Energy customer (if they are opting for the “at home” charging package), or eligible to switch to Octopus Energy. If this condition is not met, Octopus Electric Vehicles reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a new winner.
   2. If the entrant is not the energy account holder (e.g. in rented accommodation), they must have explicit permission from the energy account holder or homeowner to switch energy providers to Octopus Energy in order for the credit to be applied.
   3. The credit amount for the “at home” prize is calculated as follows: 
      1. This credit amount is calculated based on charging your EV during the off-peak window on the Intelligent Octopus Go - EV Saver tariff.
      2. It assumes a top efficiency of four miles of range per kWh used (this will vary depending on what EV you have).
      3. As an example, 6,000 miles requires 1,500 kWh of energy, and as it costs 6p per kWh to charge your car during the off-peak window on the Intelligent Octopus Go - EV Saver tariff, this represents £90 of credit which would be applied to your Octopus Energy account every year. 
      4. Please note that if you charge under different conditions your credit amount will not equate to the same driving miles.
   4. Using the calculations above, the annual credit you will receive (equivalent to the annual lease charging estimate, capped at a maximum of 12,000 miles) will be calculated and credited directly to your Octopus Energy account on the following schedule:
      1. First payment: in accordance with clause 12 below. 
      2. Subsequent annual payments, to last the duration of your initial agreed lease term only: On the anniversary of your vehicle delivery date. 
   5. The provision of home energy is provided by Octopus Energy Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09263424), with its registered office at United Kingdom House, 164-182 Oxford St, London W1D 1NN (“Octopus Energy”). All queries and support relating to home energy and your energy provider switching process (if applicable) will be handled by Octopus Energy Limited. 
7. The following terms are applicable if the charging credit is to be applied for use with public charging using the Octopus Electroverse network, the “on the road” prize:
   1. To claim the prize, the winner will need to sign up and have an active Octopus Electroverse account to receive the annual credits. 
      1. You can sign up for the Octopus Electroverse service here. It is free to create an account.
   2. The credit amount for the “on the road” package is calculated as follows:
      1. The credit amount is calculated based on charging your EV at public charging station.
      2. It assumes a top efficiency of four miles of range per kWh used (this will vary depending on what EV you have).
      3. As an example, 6,000 miles requires 1,500 kWh of energy. Based on an average network cost of 60p per kWh* to charge with Electroverse, we will provide you with £900 including VAT in the form of credit on your Electroverse account.
      4. Please note that if you charge under different conditions your credit amount will not equate to the same driving miles.
   3. Using the calculations above, the annual credit you will receive (equivalent to the annual lease charging estimate, capped at a maximum of 12,000 miles) will be calculated and credited to your Octopus Electroverse account as a code that you will need to redeem in the Electroverse app, on the following schedule:
      1. First payment: in accordance with clause 12 below. 
      2. Subsequent annual payments, to last the duration of your initial agreed lease term only: On the anniversary of your vehicle delivery date. 
   4. The provision of this public charging service is provided by Octopus Electroverse Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number: 15274675), with its registered office at 5th Floor, UK House, 164-182 Oxford Street, London, W1D 1NN. All queries and support relating to public charging using the Electroverse service and the sign up process will be handled by Octopus Electroverse Limited
8. For both the charging options outlined above, the following apply:
   1. *The above charging calculations are based on our standard charging offer terms and conditions which can be found here. 
   2. The credit amounts will be calculated using the above assumptions and will not be adjusted based on changes to energy charging costs during the lease term.
   3. The energy credits outlined above will be issued annually, on the anniversary of the delivery of your vehicle. The credit eligible period will be limited to the original agreed contracted length of your lease, and will end in the final year of your lease agreement. 
      1. The credit amount will not be continued if you extend your original lease agreement. 
   4. The credit amount is non transferable, this relates to the vehicle itself and the originally drawn prize winners. If the vehicle is changed by any means (including but not limited to an insurance claim or novation of the contract) then the credit amounts will cease to be issued annually. 
   5. Should your lease agreement be ended early for any reason, the annual credits will stop and not be issued in subsequent years.

9. By entering, you consent to being contacted using the contact details provided on your lease agreement, if you are selected as one of the winners.
10. The draw will take place within 14 (fourteen) days of the end of the Promotional Period (by the 15th November 2025).
11. The winners will be notified using the contact information provided on the lease agreement within 30 days of the prize draw.
12. The prize will be applied as a credit to the winner’s Octopus Energy account or Octopus Electroverse account within 4 (four) weeks of the prize draw date (15th December 2025) or 2 (two) weeks following the delivery of the vehicle, whichever is later.
    1.  If you are switching to Octopus Energy in order to claim this prize, we will credit the account as soon as possible after the switch is successful, or after the vehicle is delivered (whichever is later).
13. Winners of this prize who order through Salary Sacrifice will forfeit access to any additional home charging credit available through other promotions or limited-time offers. 
14. Customers who order an MG4 through Personal Contract Hire (PCH) as part of the Octopus Energy customer exclusive "MG Miles” Offer will not be eligible to take part in the prize draw to win free energy for the duration of their lease. All other ongoing offers available through Personal Contract Hire (PCH) will remain eligible for entry into this prize draw.
15. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
16. If you cancel your order before taking delivery of your vehicle, or if you return your Personal Contract Hire vehicle during the "cooling off period", no additional credit or cash reimbursement will be provided.
17. Nothing in these terms prevents you from switching energy provider or energy tariff at any time during your EV lease term. However, to get the “at home” energy credits you must be supplied by Octopus Energy at the time the credit is applied.
18. Octopus Electric Vehicles accepts no responsibility for any third-party delays or failures in the fulfilment of this offer.

1. By entering the November charging giveaway competition, you consent to the reasonable use of your name for promotional purposes, including on the Octopus Electric vehicles website, in email communications, and in marketing materials.
