PCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Octopus Energy Exclusive Promotion “OctoMiles”

Important notice: Order by 30th September 2026 to secure 8,000 free miles (£173 credit). From 1st October 2026, the offer reduces to 5,000 free miles (£103 credit). Full eligibility criteria and terms apply below.

The promoter of this offer is Octopus Electric Vehicles Limited, registered company number 10754317, registered address: UK House, 5th Floor, 164-182 Oxford St, London W1D 1NN. Octopus Electric Vehicles Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), firm reference number 809736.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the limited-time promotional event run by Octopus Electric Vehicles ("Octopus EV”), commencing on 1st April 2026 while stocks last. By taking part in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

This offer is available exclusively to existing Octopus Energy customers as well as those who switch their home energy to Octopus Energy up to six months after their vehicle delivery date.

Octopus Electric Vehicles reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer in order to comply with legal or regulatory obligations or in response to unexpected circumstances.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Eligibility Criteria

Subject to the terms outlined below, you will qualify for this offer if you:

• Place an order for a new or approved used electric vehicle through an Octopus Electric Vehicles Personal Contract Hire agreement on or after 1st April 2026 while stocks last during the promotional period.
• Are an active Octopus Energy customer with an open account, or switch your home energy to Octopus Energy up to six months after your vehicle delivery date. (You can start the switching process on the Octopus Energy website).
• Are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older and a resident of Great Britain.
• Sign your Personal Contract Hire agreement and have your order confirmed by Octopus Electric Vehicles before the promotion end date.

This offer is limited to one per person, after meeting the eligibility criteria above.

Promotional Offer & Calculations

This is a limited-time offer. Eligible customers will receive home charging credit applied to their Octopus Energy account, based on the date their vehicle order is placed:

• Orders placed between 1st April 2026 and 30th September 2026: 8,000 miles of free home charging credit, valued at £173.
• Orders placed on or after 1st October 2026: 5,000 miles of free home charging credit, valued at £103.

There is no public charging equivalent to this offer. This means the credit can only be used for home energy/charging on an eligible Octopus Energy tariff.

The credit amounts for the promotional offer are calculated as follows:

• All credit calculations are based on charging your EV during the off-peak window on the Intelligent Octopus Go tariff.
• It assumes an average top efficiency of 3.7 miles per kWh used (this will vary depending on what EV model you have).
• 8,000 miles (Orders up to 30th Sept 2026): Equates to 2,162 kWh, charged at 8p per kWh during the off-peak window, representing £173 worth of electricity credit.
• 5,000 miles (Orders from 1st Oct 2026 onwards): Equates to 1,351 kWh, charged at 7.6p per kWh during the off-peak window, representing £103 worth of electricity credit.

Please note that if you charge under different conditions or tariffs, your credit amount will not equate to a total of 8,000 or 5,000 driving miles.

Redemption and Fulfillment

To redeem this home charging credit offer, you must be an active Octopus Energy customer or have switched to Octopus Energy up to six months after your delivery date. If the customer is not the energy account holder (e.g. in rented accommodation), they must have explicit permission from the energy account holder or homeowner to switch energy providers to Octopus Energy in order for the credit to be applied.

Using the calculations above, the applicable home charging credit (£173 for 8,000 miles or £108 for 5,000 miles) will be calculated and credited directly to your Octopus Energy account within 30 days following the official delivery date of your leased vehicle, or the date you switched to Octopus Energy, whichever is later.

The provision of home energy is provided by Octopus Energy Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09263424), with its registered office at United Kingdom House, 164-182 Oxford St, London W1D 1NN ("Octopus Energy”). All queries and support relating to home energy and your energy provider switching process (if applicable) will be handled by Octopus Energy Limited.

General Terms and Conditions

• The offer is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
• All offers are subject to vehicle availability and customer eligibility.
• Octopus Electric Vehicles reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend, withdraw or reintroduce this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• The promotional offer is only valid upon successful delivery of the vehicle.
• If a vehicle order is cancelled before delivery, the offer becomes void.
• If the agreement is terminated or cancelled after delivery, the offer will also become void, and any applicable cancellation fees and terms outlined in your signed lease agreement will apply.
