These Terms and Conditions apply to the promotional event beginning 7th April 2026 and are exclusively for employees of Lowell Financial Limited who lease a vehicle via Personal Contract Hire (PCH). Eligibility is contingent upon continued employment at the time of order delivery.

In addition to any existing Octopus Electric Vehicles promotions, employees of Lowell Financial Limited are eligible to claim a further 5,000 miles of home charging credit when leasing a vehicle via Personal Contract Hire (PCH), subject to the requirements detailed below.

Subject to the eligibility criteria and terms outlined below, you will qualify for this offer if you:

1. Are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older and are a resident of the United Kingdom
2. Place an order for a new or approved used electric vehicle (EV) through an Octopus Electric Vehicles PCH agreement on or after 7th April 2026.
3. Be an employee of Lowell Financial Limited at the time your order is placed and at the point of vehicle delivery.
4. Have an active Octopus Energy account, or complete your switch to Octopus Energy within six months of vehicle delivery. You can start the switching process here.
5. This offer is limited to one claim per person, after meeting the eligibility criteria above.
6. There is no public charging equivalent to this offer. This means the credit can only be used for home energy/charging on any Octopus Energy tariff.

The following terms are applicable to the charging credit applied for use with home charging with Octopus Energy “Octomiles for Lowell” promotional offer:

1. Verification of your Octopus Energy account is performed by matching the address provided in your EV order with the address on our energy system records. If you are not the named account holder for the property, you warrant that you have obtained explicit permission from the account holder to switch the energy supply to Octopus Energy and to participate in this promotion. We reserve the right to withhold any credit if it is determined that such permission was not obtained.
2. The credit amount for the 5,000 free miles home charging credit offer is calculated as follows: 
   1. This credit amount is calculated based on charging your EV during the off-peak window on the Intelligent Octopus Go - EV Saver tariff.
   2. It assumes a top efficiency of 3.7 miles of range per kWh used (this will vary depending on what EV you have).
   3. 5,000 miles therefore equates to 1,351 kWh, charged at 8p per kWh during the off-peak window, representing £108 worth of electricity credit.
   4. Please note that if you charge under different conditions your credit amount will not equate to a total of 5,000 driving miles.
3. Using the calculations above, the 5,000 miles of home charging credit you will receive will be calculated and credited directly to your Octopus Energy account within 30 days following the official delivery date of your leased vehicle, or the date you switched to Octopus Energy, whichever is later.
4. This promotion is combinable and eligible employees may claim this "Octomiles for Lowell" credit in addition to any standard, "Octomiles" promotions currently offered by Octopus Electric Vehicles at the time of order, provided they meet the criteria for both.
5. The provision of home energy is provided by Octopus Energy Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09263424), with its registered office at United Kingdom House, 164-182 Oxford St, London W1D 1NN (“Octopus Energy”). All queries and support relating to home energy and your energy provider switching process (if applicable) will be handled by Octopus Energy Limited. 

How to claim this offer

Eligible customers will receive a link in their introduction email to a form where they must confirm their Octopus Energy account number and provide a work email address to verify eligibility. Once your car has been delivered, we will apply the credit to your Octopus Energy account.

General Terms and Conditions

1. The offer is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
2. All offers are subject to vehicle availability and customer eligibility.
3.  Octopus Electric Vehicles may amend or withdraw this offer where necessary for legal or regulatory reasons, fraud prevention, operational reasons outside its reasonable control, or where the promotion is being misused. This will not affect eligible customers who have already placed a qualifying order before the changes take effect.
4. The promotional offer is only valid upon successful delivery of the vehicle.
5. If a vehicle order is cancelled before delivery, the offer becomes void.
6. If the agreement is terminated or cancelled after delivery, the offer will also become void, and any applicable cancellation fees and terms outlined in your signed lease agreement will apply.
