These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the “Kerbside Package,” available from 01 April 2026. By selecting this package, you agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to any applicable Personal Contract Hire (PCH) agreement.

Octopus Electric Vehicles reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer in order to comply with legal or regulatory obligations or in response to unexpected circumstances.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Subject to the eligibility criteria and terms outlined below, you will qualify for this offer if you:

1. Are aged 18 (eighteen) or over and a resident of the United Kingdom and;
2. Place an order for a new or approved used through a Personal Contract Hire (PCH) agreement with Octopus EV from 01 April 2026; and 
3. The “Kerbside Package” must be selected as part of the initial charging order for the EV.

The Offer

Discount on kerbside charging: A 50% discount on charging sessions specifically with participating kerbside charge point operators (CPOs). Subject to activation, account requirements and a fair use cap based on contract mileage (see below)

The following terms are applicable to the discounted kerbside charging with Participating Charge Point Operators (CPOs)

Discount Activation

1. To benefit from this discount, you must maintain an active Octopus Electroverse account. If you are not yet a member, you can sign up here for free in just a few minutes.
2. You will be sent a unique activation code within 14 days after delivery of your EV. This code grants a 50% discount on all qualifying kerbside charging for the duration and mileage allowance specified in your Personal Contract Hire agreement. You can redeem your code within the Electroverse app by navigating to Profile > Redeem a code. From then on, simply tap your Electrocard at eligible stations and the discount will be applied automatically.
3. Please note that activation codes are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance; failure to redeem the code within this window will result in the offer becoming void. Once activated, the discount will remain applied to your Electroverse account for the duration of your signed lease agreement, provided you remain within the Fair Use Limit outlined below in clause 4.

Discounted charging usage terms

1.  The discount is linked exclusively to the vehicle identified in your signed lease agreement, is non-transferable and holds no cash value. 
2. Octopus Electric Vehicles reserves the right to monitor usage and withdraw the discount in instances of suspected misuse, fraud, or if charging volumes exceed the parameters of your agreed contract mileage.
3. As of April 2026, the standard discount is 50% off qualifying charging sessions with our Participating CPOs and launch partners, Ubitricity and Connected Kerb.
   1. Octopus Electric Vehicles reserves the right to increase the discount percentage for additional charging providers or specific vehicle brands, for new or existing customers. Any such changes will be communicated via the Electroverse app or email, and will not reduce the benefit level agreed upon at the time of your initial contract signature for existing partners. 
   2. Octopus Electric Vehicles reserves the right to expand the program by adding new Participating CPOs at any time. Any such additional networks will be automatically made available to existing eligible customers for the remainder of their term. 
   3. While we strive for consistency across the network, we reserve the right to vary or remove specific providers from the program due to commercial or technical requirements. Any changes to the list of participating providers will be updated in real-time within the Electroverse app or communicated to you via email.
4. This offer is subject to a maximum financial value cap (the “Fair Use Limit”) to ensure the sustainability of the program. This limit is calculated at the start of your agreement based on your specific PCH contract parameters.
   1. To determine your Fair Use Limit, your total contract mileage is divided by an assumed vehicle efficiency of 3.8 miles per kWh to establish a lifetime energy volume. This volume is then multiplied by the benchmark charging rate of 52p per kWh (the Standard Rate for the purposes of this calculation, based on average Electroverse rates) to create a total sterling (£) value of undiscounted eligible charging.
      1. For example, a 3-year agreement with a total allowance of 30,000 miles (10,000 miles/year) would result in a lifetime energy volume of 7,895 kWh and a total Fair Use Limit of £4,105.40 (inc VAT) in gross undiscounted eligible charging value.
   2. The discount percentage applied to your account will be the specific rate agreed upon at the time of your initial PCH contract signature (e.g.50%). This discount is applied to the live Gross (VAT-inclusive) tariff at the time and location of your charging session. 
   3. Base charging tariffs vary by provider, geographic location, and time of day, and the discount will always be calculated against the live rate of that charger in the Electroverse network.
   4. Once the total value of your charging sessions reaches your calculated Fair Use Limit, or your PCH agreement term expires (whichever occurs first), the discount will be automatically removed from your account and sessions will be billed at the standard Electroverse rate.

General Terms and Conditions

1. All offers are subject to vehicle availability and customer eligibility.

1. The promotional offer is only valid upon successful delivery of the vehicle.

1. If your agreement is terminated or cancelled after delivery, this offer will be withdrawn and your access to any associated benefits, including the discount, will be removed. Any applicable cancellation fees and terms outlined in your signed lease agreement will apply
