Octopus Electric Vehicles Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under firm reference number 809736.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the promotional event hosted by Octopus Electric Vehicles, running from the 1st December 2025 to 12th December 2025. You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The following terms and eligibility criteria apply:

1. Entrants must be 18 (eighteen) years of age or older and residents of Great Britain.
2. No vehicle purchase is required during the promotion period to enter the prize draw.

The Elf on the (parcel) shelf competition:

1. All qualifying entries submitted during the Promotional Period (1st of December 2025 to the 12th December 2025) will be entered into the free prize draw. Winners will be selected at random from those entries.
2. Entries are limited to one per person, per person per day, after meeting the eligibility criteria above. (Duplicate entries will be rejected).
3. Entrants may enter on multiple days but are only eligible to win one prize in total during the promotion.
4. Complete the entry form identifying where the elf was seen.
5. Submit the form on the same day the elf was observed.
6. A total of 20 (twenty) winners will be selected at random: 10 (ten) from eligible Salary Sacrifice entrants and 10 (ten) from eligible Personal Contract Hire vehicle entrants.
7. The winners will receive a festive hamper supplied by Five Valley’s Hamper Co. The hamper will not include any alcohol or alcohol-adjacent products.

8. By entering, you consent to being contacted using the contact details provided on the entry form, if you are selected as one of the winners.
9. The prize draw will take place within 14 (fourteen) days of the end of the Promotional Period (no later than 29 December 2025).
10. Winners will be notified within 30 days of the prize draw using the contact details provided.
11. Winners will be notified via the email address they provided at the time of entry. Winners must claim their prize within two (2) working days of the notification being sent. If a winner does not claim their prize by the close of the second (2nd) working day following the notification email, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
12. The prizes are supplied by Five Valley’s Hamper Co. For the purposes of prize fulfilment Octopus Electric Vehicles will share the winner’s name and address with this third-party supplier.
13. Octopus Electric Vehicles accepts no responsibility for any third-party delays or failures in the fulfilment of this prize.

Data Protection and Publicity
1. By entering the December ‘Elf on the (parcel) shelf’ competition, you consent to the reasonable use of your name for promotional purposes, including on the Octopus Electric vehicles website, in email communications, and in marketing materials.

2. Where a participant has accessed the Elf promotion via the PCH site and selected this option in the Typeform, their details will be added to the Promoter’s mailing list. Participants may opt out of receiving communications at any time.

General
Octopus Electric Vehicles reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion where necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations or due to unforeseen circumstances. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.
