PCH: Limited Free Charging Offers

These Terms and Conditions apply to the promotional event run by Octopus Electric Vehicles Limited (“Octopus EV”) taking place from 18th June 2026 to 31st July 2026 inclusive. By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The promoter of this offer is Octopus Electric Vehicles Limited, registered company number 10754317, registered address: UK House, 5th Floor, 164-182 Oxford St, London W1D 1NN. Octopus Electric Vehicles Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), firm reference number 809736.

Please note: Octopus Electric Vehicles is a vehicle leasing provider and is not an energy supplier.

To qualify for this promotional offer, claimants must meet all of the following criteria:

1. Age and Residency: Must be 21 years of age or older and a resident of the United Kingdom.
2. Agreement Type: You must place an order and sign a Personal Contract Hire (PCH) lease agreement through Octopus Electric Vehicles.
3. Promotional Window: The order must be placed, the PCH agreement signed, and the order officially confirmed by Octopus Electric Vehicles between 18th June 2026 and 31st July 2026 inclusive.
4. Vehicle Qualification: This offer applies exclusively to all "Approved Used" electric vehicles.
5. Limitation: This offer is strictly limited to one promotional package per person.

Eligible Approved Used customers can select one of the following promotional packages at the time of order.

A free Octopus Charger with a standard installation.

Free Home Charger:

A complimentary Octopus Charge including standard installation.

1. Property Suitability: The provision of the free home charger is subject to a successful property suitability assessment conducted by the installation team.
2. Standard Installation Limits: This offer strictly covers the Octopus Charger with standard installation only. Octopus Energy Services Limited (our sister company) manages the installation process. If your property requires non-standard modifications, extra wiring, or alternative charger models, Octopus Energy Services will quote you directly for any additional costs.
3. Installation Lead Times: We cannot guarantee that charger installation will take place prior to the delivery of your vehicle. Installation lead times may take up to 16 weeks.
4. Lease Cancellation Consequences: If your home charger is physically installed before your vehicle arrives, and you subsequently cancel your vehicle lease order, you will be held fully liable for the full retail cost of the charger and the standard installation services provided.
5. Alternative Provision: If your property assessment determines that you are not safely able to charge an EV from home, you will be permitted to switch your selection to the “On the Road Package”.

Customers who cannot or choose not to install a home charger may select one of the following public charging alternatives:

1. Public Charging Credit: £800 of credit for public electric vehicle charging via the Octopus Electroverse network or
2. Kerbside Charging Discount: A 50% discount on kerbside charging with participating kerbside Charge Point Operators (CPOs), subject to account activation, specific CPO terms, and a fair use cap based on your contract mileage.

1. Electroverse Account Requirement: To redeem either the public charging credit or the kerbside discount, you must successfully register for and maintain an active Octopus Electroverse account.
2. Energy Supplier Independence: You do not need to be an energy supply customer of Octopus Energy to use the Electroverse network or qualify for this promotional credit.
3. Credit Delivery: The specific public charging credit code (e.g. £800 value unless stated otherwise on your vehicle quote) will be delivered to your registered email address within one week following the successful delivery of your vehicle.
4. Geographic Validity: Electroverse credit can be utilised across participating networks in the United Kingdom and Europe.
5. Finality of Selection: Once a digital credit code has been applied and redeemed on an Electroverse account, your promotional package selection is locked and cannot be modified or exchanged.

1. Delivery Dependency: This promotion is strictly conditional upon the successful delivery of the leased vehicle. If a vehicle order is cancelled by the customer prior to delivery, the customer will no longer be eligible for the promotional package. This does not affect any customer liability for a home charger and standard installation where these have already been provided before cancellation
2. Post-Delivery Termination: If the PCH agreement is terminated or cancelled after vehicle delivery, the promotional offer becomes void, and any applicable cancellation fees or terms outlined in your signed lease agreement will apply.
3. Non-Transferability: All promotional items, credits, and discounts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and carry no cash alternative or equivalent value.
4. Amendments and Withdrawal: Octopus Electric Vehicles reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend, withdraw, or reintroduce this promotion or modify these terms at any time without prior notice in order to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, or due to unexpected external circumstances.
5. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

While Octopus Electric Vehicles is a member of the Octopus Energy Group, we maintain separate privacy policies.
