Morning session

Featuring senior leadership from Octopus EV and guest speakers Greg Jackson and Bruce Daisley on the topic of creating positive, high performance cultures - is it possible to be entrepreneurial in a corporate world? Keep reading to find out more about the keyspeakers.

Lunch

There will be a range of food vans available so don’t worry, we’ll have your taste buds and dietary requirements covered.

Afternoon sessions

This is your time to spend how you wish.

  • Get an exclusive first look at EVs that haven’t launched in the UK yet and test driving your favourite models — we’ll have over 100 to choose from. There’s even a chance to ride in some high performance models.
  • Join breakout sessions across a range of topics - including the latest in employee benefits, EV trends and myth busting and hints and tips on launching and getting the most out of an EV Salary Sacrifice scheme.
  • Plus there will be spaces to work, network, and meet members of the Octopus EV team.

We know, it sounds like a lot to fit in one day. But between the glorious rolling countryside, delicious al-fresco lunch and fun mingling you’ll be doing throughout the day, you’ll be energised like you’ve never been before.

Our keynote speakers

Greg Jackson

The Octopus Energy Group Founder and CEO. Greg is a serial tech entrepreneur and has built and sold a number of successful businesses before starting Octopus. He is an angel investor in a wide range of start-ups, and is a key thought leader in the UK on issues related to energy transition, energy costs and innovation.

Bruce Daisley

Bruce Daisley is a bestselling author and technology leader from the UK. He has become regarded as one of the most respected thought leaders on the subject of workplace culture and the future of work. As well as being a Sunday Times bestselling author, his award-winning podcast, Eat Sleep Work Repeat, has topped the business charts and has been listened to over five million times.

We recommend using what3words for the venue, as there are multiple entrances. Parking is available on-site.

Trains run from London Waterloo to Guildford with the quickest train being 39 minutes direct - we'll run shuttles from Guildford Station from 9am and also returning shuttles back to the station from 3.30pm The meeting point at Guildford Station will be outside the front of the station (Walnut Tree Close). Look out for our team in an Octopus high-vis.

Uber and other taxi services at Guildford Station are also available - it's roughly an 11 minutes drive.

Sure! We just ask that you fill out the form above for each person attending. This is so we can get in touch and also have a record of any dietary and access requirements.

Yes - we’ll be providing coffee during the morning session and lunch as well as snacks throughout the day. Please include any dietary requirements when you RSVP.

If you fancy doing a test drive, you'll need to bring your driving licence along so we can make sure you're ok to drive the EVs on the day! Before the event, we'll be emailing out a form for you to complete a licence check, so keep your eyes out for this if you want to get behind the wheel.

We're not a corporate company, so please come comfortable. The terrain is grass and there is an option for you to test drive some cool cars, so sensible shoes are advised
