Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. This prize draw is hosted by Octopus Electric Vehicles Limited (“Octopus EV”) with registered company number 10754317 and registered address at 5th Floor, UK House, 164-182 Oxford Street, London W1D 1NN. Octopus Electric Vehicles Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, firm reference number 809736.

  3. This prize draw is open to employees of an individual or group company who have previously opted-in to host a prize draw via this form.
  4. Organisations are committing to two prize draws, each running for a seven day period and consecutively from the date that they select. One prize will be allocated per prize draw
  5. To enter the prize draw, participants must provide their personal details (including name and email address) within the agreed dates and via the forms provided to them in email.
  6. Participants may only enter each prize draw once and only the first valid entry will be counted. Multiple entries for the same prize draw will not be counted.
  7. The prize for each of the two prize draws consists of a luxury hamper worth £100.00.
  8. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
  9. The winner of each draw will be selected at random from all eligible entries. There must be a minimum of 10 unique entrants in order for a winner to be drawn. If less than 10 people enter, we reserve the right to cancel the prize draw.
  10. The winner will be contacted by email within 24 hours of the prize draw closing.The winner will have 14 days to claim their prize, if the winner does not respond within the 14 days, a new winner will be selected.
  11. The hamper prizes will be delivered to the address provided by the winner, within 14 days of claiming their prize. Octopus Electric Vehicles Limited are not responsible for delivery delays caused by issues related to the winners address or the delivery company.
  12. By entering, participants agree that Octopus Electric Vehicles Limited may collect, store and use personal data provided for marketing purposes.
  13. Participants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by unsubscribing to the email communications received. Participants will still be eligible for the prize draw, regardless of whether they choose to opt out of marketing communications or not.

  15. The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity related to the prize draw, including the use of their name and/or photo. Participation is at the winner’s discretion.
  16. Octopus Electric Vehicles Limited will not be responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to network errors, website malfunctions, or lost entries.
  17. Octopus Electric Vehicles Limited has the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the prize draw at their discretion.
