PCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS- £500 off the cost of a charger offer or £400 electroverse credit

As part of taking out an electric vehicle (EV) through Octopus Electric Vehicles on a Personal Contract Hire (PCH) lease, we’re offering you the following promotion, depending on the vehicle you choose and your order date (see eligible vehicles and dates below):

A choice between:

• £500 off the cost of a home charger: a £500 discount towards the Octopus Charger only with a standard installation.
• £400 public charging credit : £400 credit for public EV charging via the Electroverse network.

Eligible cars:

• Vauxhall Frontera: this offer is available on this EV purchased from 27th April 2026 until 11 May 2026
• Approved used cars promotion: This offer is available on selected used cars purchased from 6th October 2025 while stocks last.
• May 2025 Used car promotion: This offer is available on all used cars purchased from 8th May 2025 until 23:59pm on 28th May 2025 while stocks last.
• Used Tesla Model Y: All Tesla Model Y used cars purchased from 23rd June 2025 while stocks last.

£500 off the cost of a home charger eligibility:

• The £500 discount on the home charger offer only applies to the Octopus Charger, please see here for more information.
• If you select this offer, you must be eligible for a standard installation of the Octopus Charger. Full charger installation eligibility and terms and conditions can be seen here.
• You will receive £500 off the price of the Octopus Charger with a standard installation, please see here for more information. If you fall outside of a standard installation, you will be quoted directly for any additional costs by Octopus Energy Services, our sister company that manages the installation.
• If your charger is installed before your EV arrives, and you then cancel your EV order, you will be liable and invoiced for the £500 discount. This is due to installation already taking place.
• We cannot guarantee that the charger installation will occur before delivery of your vehicle, and installation lead times can be up to 16 weeks from the point of booking. Octopus Energy Services Limited are responsible for the EV charger installation process and any queries about that should be directed to them.

• Chargers must be ordered during the term of the lease.
• If you are not eligible for home charging, or opt out of the £500 off the Octopus Charger offer, we will instead offer £400 of public charging credit on Electroverse (details below).

£400 public charging credit eligibility (updated 03/08/2026):

• You will need to sign up for a free Electroverse account to receive the charging credit. You don't need to be an Octopus Energy customer to use Electroverse.
• Applicable codes will be sent to the email associated with your personal contract hire agreement, which you will need to redeem in your Electroverse account.

Redeeming the charging credit

• The £400 credit will be distributed in equal quarterly instalments (every 3 months) over the term of your personal contract hire agreement, with a total sum of £400 in Electroverse credit.
• The instalment amount you will receive will vary depending on the total contract length you selected when choosing your EV
• You will receive a code by email, which you will need to redeem to use the charging credit.
• You will need to redeem the code in your Electroverse account. Information about how to redeem the Electroverse codes can be found here.
• Electroverse codes generated for this offer must be redeemed via the Electroverse app within 9 months of the date of issue. We recommend redeeming your code as soon as it is received.
• Once a code has been redeemed and has been applied as charging credit in your Electroverse account, the credit will expire after 1 year.
• Redeemed Electroverse credit has an expiration timeline of 4 years from the date you redeem the credit code into your account. 
• The first instalment will be issued once your vehicle has been delivered, with subsequent instalments applied every three months thereafter, provided the salary sacrifice agreement remains active. 
• Please allow 5 working days from the confirmation of your delivery date, and scheduled quarterly anniversaries, for your Electroverse credit code to arrive via email.
• Should your personal contract hire agreement be terminated, cancelled, or otherwise end early, all future quarterly credits will not be paid. No pro-rata cash payments or lump-sum credits will be provided for any remaining balance.
• The credit we give you can only be used in the UK, unless you already have a linked Octopus Energy account. This is because our credit is in pounds and can't be changed to another currency. 
• Credit must only be used for charging the EV that you have chosen this promotion with.

• Personal data may be shared with partners like Octopus Energy Services or Electroverse during booking, installation, or promotions. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
• Only one charging offer per lease agreement is allowed.
• All offers are subject to availability and eligibility.
• This offer is non transferable and no cash equivalent will be offered.
• We reserve the right to remove or amend these offers at any time.
