This document outlines the terms and conditions for the "Puma Perks" promotion offered by Octopus Electric Vehicles Limited to customers leasing an eligible electric vehicle (EV) on a Personal Contract Hire (PCH) agreement.

To qualify for this promotion, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Promotion Period: Your Personal Contract Hire contract must be signed between 14th October 2025 and 23:59 (GMT) on 14th November 2025, inclusive.
• Eligible Vehicles: The offer applies to new orders for the following Puma Gen-E models, subject to availability:
  • Puma Premium with Advanced Driver Assist
  • Puma Premium
  • Puma Select
• The lease must be a PCH agreement taken through Octopus Electric Vehicles.
• Condition: The promotional offer is only valid upon successful delivery of the vehicle. If the vehicle order is cancelled for any reason before delivery, this offer will be void. If this agreement is cancelled anytime after delivery this offer will be void and you will be subject to cancellation fees and terms highlighted in your signed contract.

Eligible customers will receive both of the following items (A and B):

1. 12,000 miles of free charging (Valued at £195)You must choose one of the following two options:

• Option 1: Home Charging Credit will be applied to your Octopus Energy account. This is designed for customers who charge their EV at home.
  • Requirements: To receive this credit, you must be an active Octopus Energy customer on their "Intelligent Octopus Go - EV Saver Tariff". You can request to switch to this tariff via your Octopus EV 'My Account' or the link provided in your order emails. The switch may take up to 7 days to complete.
• Option 2: Public Charging Credit for the Electroverse public charging network, issued via a unique redemption code. This is the standard option if you do not qualify for or choose the home charging credit.

The "12,000 miles" figure is an estimate to illustrate the value of £195 home charging credit. It is based on off peak-charging at 6p/kWh with a vehicle efficiency at 3.7 miles/kWh. Your actual mileage will vary depending on your vehicle model, driving conditions and charging habits.

B) £50 Digital Gift Voucher A digital gift voucher with a fixed value of £50 (fifty pounds sterling) that must be redeemed within 12 months.

• Redemption: The voucher is issued by Huggg and sent via a link to the email address used for your vehicle order. It must be redeemed on the Huggg platform and is subject to their separate terms of use.
• Key Conditions:
  • Single-use and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Non-transferable and cannot be resold.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.

Both promotional items will be issued within 30 days following the official delivery date of your vehicle.

• Charging Credit:
  • You’ll receive a £195 credit, which can either be applied directly to your Octopus Energy account or issued as a unique code via email. At the point of order, you’ll be asked to confirm which option you prefer.
• Gift Voucher:
  • A £50 Huggg voucher link will be sent to the email address linked to your order. Once you open the link, you’ll see a list of participating retailers. After selecting a retailer and confirming your design, you’ll be taken to a page with a unique code to redeem at that retailer.

• This offer is limited to one charging credit offer and one gift voucher per lease agreement.
• The offer is non-transferable, and no cash equivalent will be offered.
• All offers are subject to vehicle availability and customer eligibility.
• Octopus Electric Vehicles reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.
• Octopus Electric Vehicles is not responsible for the services, terms, or participating retailers of third parties, including Huggg, its network of retailers, or Electroverse.
• Participating in this promotion does not obligate you to remain with any energy supplier. You are free to switch energy provider or tariff at any time.
• Nothing in these terms prevents you from switching energy provider or tariff at any time during your EV lease term. Personal data may be shared with partners like Octopus Energy Services or Electroverse during booking, installation, or promotions. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
