These Terms and Conditions apply to the promotional event hosted by Octopus Electric Vehicles, running from the 1st December 2025 to 24th December 2025. You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Subject to the eligibility criteria and terms below, you will be eligible for this offer if you:

1. Are aged 18 or over and are a resident of Great Britain.
2. Have placed an order and signed a Personal Contract Hire (PCH) agreement for an Approved Used Tesla Model Y during the promotional period.
3. Package Selection – Select either the At Home Package (free home charger with standard installation) or the On the Road Package (£800 Electroverse credit) at the time of your vehicle order.
   1. If choosing the At Home Package, you must have a property suitable for standard charger installation, as assessed by our installation team.
   2. If choosing the On the Road Package, you must create an Electroverse account to redeem your £800 credit.

The offer:

1. As part of taking an electric vehicle (EV) with Octopus Electric Vehicles, through a Personal Contract Hire (PCH) lease and you meet the eligibility criteria, you can choose one of the following offers when you take a Personal Contract Hire (PCH) lease for an Approved Used Tesla Model Y:
2. At Home Package – A free home EV charger from the models available under this promotion, including standard installation.
3. On the Road Package – £800 of credit for public charging via the Electroverse network, usable across the UK and Europe.
4. Which package is available to you may depend on the vehicle you order and when you place your order. We will confirm the options available to you at the point of order.

The “At home package”

A free home charger Home charger with a standard installation

The free home charger offer only applies to certain chargers with a standard installation, please see here for more information. 

The chargers eligible under this offer may change from time to time; we can advise you as to which are available before you make your selection.

If you fall outside of a standard installation or want a different charger, you will be quoted directly for any additional costs by Octopus Energy Services, our sister company that manages the installation.

If your charger is installed before your EV arrives, and you then cancel your EV order, you will be liable for the full cost of the charger and installation. You will be clearly informed of installation timing before installation takes place.

We cannot guarantee that the charger installation will occur before delivery of your vehicle, and installation lead times can be up to 16 weeks.

If you are not able to charge your vehicle from home or opt out of the “At home package”, we will instead offer £800 of credit on Electroverse as part of our “On the road package” (details below).

The “On the road package”

Electroverse gives EV drivers access to public chargers across the UK and beyond with one card and app, with zero set up costs or ongoing access fees. You don't need to be an Octopus Energy customer to use Electroverse.

To redeem this offer, we will send the credit code via email within a week after your delivery. The code we provide you will allow you to claim £800 worth of credit. This credit can be used across the UK and Europe. Please see here for more information.

Please keep in mind that once the code has been redeemed on an Electroverse account, we will not be able to change the promotion package for you.

These offers are subject to the following:

1. If electing for the ‘At home package’, you must have or be able to install an eligible home EV charger. We will make available to you information about which EV chargers are eligible before you select your lease.See the charging installation terms and conditions here.

1. If electing for the “On the road package”, you must sign up for an Electroverse account in order to redeem the credit.

1. Octopus Energy Services Limited are responsible for the EV charger installation process and any queries about that should be directed to them.

Octopus Electric Vehicles reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion where necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations or due to unforeseen circumstances. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.
